Group players around the lane.Give each player a certain number of shots,like 2,or 5 etc.When they are complete,players rotate to their left untill all have had their turn.
If you coach a younger team,you may want to move them in close for the shots.Some leagues let 3-4th graders [girls]shoot from the 2nd hash mard down from the free throw line
