A TRILOGY OF EXPERIENCED ORGANIZATIONS PARTNER TO CREATE A YOUTH SUMMER CAMP OFFERING ACADEMIC, ARTISTIC AND INTRAMURAL INSTRUCTION TO VACATIONING ATLANTA AREA STUDENTS

Atlanta, April, _ , 2013…..Tri-Camp is a summer enrichment program that serves the youth in our community in three areas: Academics, Athletics and the Arts.

For almost 30 summer days, between the hours of 7am and 6pm, under the direction three highly credentialed collaborating organizations, the camp’s leadership of nearly half a century of youth enhancement expertise will create and oversee a fun and enriching environment to approximately Up to 600____ youth from the greater Atlanta community, ages 2-16. (What’s the cost and/or how is it funded?) $50 registration Fee, and $65 per week.

“When the school year is back in session following summer vacation, teachers spend an average of two to three weeks sharpening the minds of students to help recapture skills that are imperative to a students future progress. The Tri-Camp concept was mindfully created to provide tools that will aid student campers in memory retention for a head start advantage in the coming school year,” says??? Jewell Hunter, Executive Director Camp Jewell House

In addition to academics, a fun, exciting and enriching curriculum of music including voice and instrument instruction, as well as dance and lifestyle management, will offer encouragement to students aspiring towards a career in the open field of music.

And with sports playing such a pivotal role in the development of a child and his/her ability to perform well alongside others in life, Tri-Camp offers a program for aspiring athletes. Students will receive instruction in the areas of (sports to be practiced?) basketball, football, soccer, volleyball, which will allow for the further development and display both talent and skills.

“This is the first year that these three awesome camps will merge together to form the Tri-Camp. (This begs the question of what was done in the past and for how many years?) Camp Jewell House - Coming from a third generation legacy of education and summer enrichment, Camp Jewell House, has been staffed with certified highly qualified teachers, touching the lives of youth from various parts of the united states which has resulted in many of them becoming Successful Productive Citizens.
The How big Is Your Dream?! Foundation provides platforms for young aspiring musicians and artist who share the stage with Nationally reknowned artist and entertaining thousands of people which builds character and self - esteem. The Music Curriculum is derived from a Grammy Award winning band instructor who has a strong education and performing background.
Georgia Tarheels Sports is one of the largest and most successful AAU programs in GA servicing thousands of kids that have received college scholarships throughout the years. Should we list the details from previous camps held by each organization or remove that line? Campers and supporters can expect each camper to receive a holistic camping experience. Each camper will develop strategies in reading, writing and math. In addition to developing a love for the arts and athletics.” (Whose quote is this: Jewell Hunter, ED, Camp Jewell House???) Yes
