Jumping Misconceptions

Most basketball players misunderstand how to improve their jumping ability. If you really want to increase your vertical you have to understand HOW to condition and strengthen the leg muscles. Doing calf-raises until your muscles burn isn’t the solution. It’s also important to know that there are lots of other parts of the body, besides the legs, that need to be strengthened in order to jump higher.
